Use the building address, not just “MediaCity”
MediaCity’s visitor guidance describes several ways to reach the area, including the M602 approach and nearby tram connections. For a private group transfer, give the building name, reception entrance and any visitor instructions supplied by your host. A site-wide postcode does not by itself establish a suitable boarding point.
If the meeting is in one building and the evening meal or hotel is elsewhere around the Quays, list them as separate stops. Include the time people are expected to leave each venue, whether they have luggage with them, and who will gather the group before the vehicle arrives.

Agree coach waiting before the visit
MediaCity’s group-visit information identifies an advance-booking arrangement for coach parking at the Lowry. Do not treat this as an automatic parking entitlement for a business transfer. Check the relevant venue’s current arrangements and explain whether your itinerary needs a drop-off only, waiting time or a later return collection.
A small delegation and a full conference group may require different access arrangements. We can assess the vehicle request against passenger numbers, luggage and the confirmed meeting points. Let us know about boarding assistance or a restricted walking distance before confirming the plan.

Connect the Quays with the rest of the programme
For an airport arrival followed by a MediaCity meeting, allow for the group to assemble and collect luggage before leaving the airport. If some delegates are staying in Manchester city centre, set out their hotel addresses and the order of collection. A single written itinerary avoids confusing a direct transfer with a vehicle booked to remain available between appointments.
What to include in your enquiry

Frequently asked questions
Can I enter only the MediaCity postcode?
Include the postcode, but also name the building and visitor entrance. That helps distinguish the destination from other buildings, car parks and public areas around the site.
Can a coach stay at the Lowry while we attend meetings?
Do not assume parking is included. Published group-visit guidance refers to advance arrangements; availability, eligibility and any conditions need confirming for your own visit.
Can transport be requested for a visiting production team?
Yes. Describe the people, equipment cases and schedule. Passenger seating does not establish equipment capacity, and any specialist handling requirement should be raised before booking.
Do you need a separate time for the return collection?
Yes. Tell us when the group will be ready at its agreed collection point. If the meeting finish time is uncertain, explain that when requesting the quotation rather than leaving the return open-ended.
