This company included ALL of the necessary fees and taxes upfront in their pricing, so there were no "surprise" costs after the fact, unlike some of the other vendors I looked at. Our first visit to the U.K. had a pleasant kick-start when we found our driver Romulo waiting for us with a smile as we exited baggage claim at Heathrow. He pitched right in helping us with our luggage as we all headed to the car, and we had an enjoyable conversation during the more than an hour long ride to the hotel. Romulo shared his vast knowledge of London with us as he deftly navigated the heavy London traffic.
