Connect dinner, a show and the journey home
A Soho outing may start at a hotel, continue to a restaurant and finish at a different venue. Give each booking its own entry in the itinerary: the address, reservation or admission time, expected finish and number travelling on the next leg. For client hospitality, include anyone joining after a meeting rather than assuming the same passenger total throughout.
Where two venues are close, decide whether your party will walk between them or needs another vehicle movement. Consider guests’ mobility, footwear and the weather. The minibus can cover the longer journeys while the evening follows a clear sequence.
Check the exact theatre on your ticket
Soho Theatre’s Dean Street venue is at 21 Dean Street, London W1D 3NE. Soho Theatre Walthamstow is a different destination at 186 Hoe Street, London E17 4QH. Send the venue name and postcode from your ticket, not simply a request for transport to Soho Theatre.
Keep the music booking and transport timing together
Ronnie Scott’s is at 47 Frith Street, London W1D 4HT. Include the booked room or event, admission time and expected departure in your enquiry. A restaurant reservation before a performance and a later music booking are separate timing commitments, even when they are part of the same night out.
Choose a clear meeting point for the whole party
A venue address tells us where you are going, but it does not establish where a minibus can stop. Share any group-arrival advice from the venue. The final boarding point needs to suit the vehicle, current restrictions and passengers, and may differ from the front door.
Westminster’s parking guidance explains that restrictions depend on the location and signs. A late collection should not be planned on the assumption that a nearby space is unrestricted. Provide the requested date and departure time so the arrangements can be checked for that journey.
Before guests separate for dinner or a show, share the same written collection instruction with everyone. Choose one organiser to gather the party and confirm when it is ready. Allow time for leaving the venue, collecting coats and reaching the agreed point, rather than treating the advertised finish as the boarding time.
For a programme extending across Mayfair, Westminster or other West End destinations, see our Westminster and West End minibus guide. It covers the wider hotel, business and vehicle-access considerations.
Check venue access as well as the minibus
Tell us whether passengers can walk to a nearby boarding point, need assistance with steps or will remain in a wheelchair during travel. The vehicle layout and the route from the boarding point to the venue entrance need to work together.
Ronnie Scott’s access information distinguishes its wheelchair-accessible main club from Upstairs at Ronnie’s, which is not wheelchair accessible. Confirm the booked space and any assistance directly with the venue. An accessible transport arrangement does not change the access inside a building.
Include the venue’s entrance instructions in the transport brief, along with any mobility equipment. If the group’s route needs the shortest practical walk, say so before selecting the vehicle and meeting point. Requested accessible layouts remain subject to availability.
Plan the bags and hotel stops before the evening

If visitors are coming straight from an airport or station, decide where their cases will go before the Soho booking. A hotel stop to unload bags is different from taking luggage to dinner. Check storage arrangements with the property or venue rather than assuming there is space for the whole party’s cases.
Tell us if you want bags to remain with the vehicle between journeys. That requires an agreed vehicle and waiting arrangement; an arrival transfer alone does not establish storage for the rest of the evening.
Standard, executive and luxury minibuses can be requested. Compare the vehicle options using the passenger count, luggage, access needs and preferred facilities. A group travelling with overnight bags may need a different layout from the same number of guests returning from a show with coats and small bags.
For the journey home, list each hotel or address and how many passengers are going there. If some guests leave early and others stay for a later event, request separate departures with their own passenger totals.

Soho minibus hire questions
Is Soho Theatre Walthamstow the same pickup destination as Dean Street?
No. The Dean Street venue is in Soho; Soho Theatre Walthamstow is on Hoe Street in E17. Copy the venue address from your ticket into the enquiry. If the itinerary includes both locations, list them as separate stops with their own timings.
Can our minibus journey include a Soho dinner before the show?
Yes, the itinerary can include both. Send the restaurant reservation and theatre or music booking details, plus the group size at each stage. Decide whether guests will walk between nearby venues or need another pickup, and include the final return destination.
Does an accessible minibus mean we can use every room at a Soho venue?
No. Transport and venue access need separate checks. Ronnie Scott’s, for example, gives different access guidance for its main club and Upstairs room. Confirm the booked space with the venue, then share the entrance instructions and passengers’ requirements with VoyaHire.
Can our cases stay on the minibus while we are out in Soho?
Ask for that arrangement when requesting the quote. Explain what bags you have, how long they need to remain with the vehicle and whether another journey follows. Do not assume luggage storage or vehicle waiting is included in a single arrival transfer.
Can guests leave Soho at different times for different hotels?
Separate departures and hotel drop-offs can be requested. Give each group’s preferred collection time, passenger count and hotel address. For anyone staying for a later performance or dinner, treat that as its own return movement so the transport brief is complete.
