Multiple collections can be requested. Provide each address, the number of passengers joining there and any luggage they will bring. Agree the pickup order and times before circulating the itinerary, and nominate a group contact who can check that everyone is ready at each meeting point.

Consider the passenger count alongside luggage, boarding needs and the roads or entrances on the itinerary. Tell us about any requested vehicle features and equipment travelling with the group. A day trip with small bags may need a different arrangement from an overnight tour carrying suitcases.

Yes, mention any booked admission slots or guide meeting times so the transport schedule can account for them. If you want a guide or other arrangements, describe them separately and check what the quotation includes. Providing transport with a driver does not by itself confirm guided visits or admission.

Discuss possible extra stops when planning the route, particularly if the group has a fixed return time. For changes on the day, contact the transport team before committing to a new visit. The revised route needs to account for travel time, access and the rest of the agreed itinerary.
