7-seater MPV hire with a driver

Arrange travel for seven passengers with a driver, whether you are meeting a flight, visiting clients or bringing family and friends together. Give us the full passenger and luggage brief so the proposed vehicle can be assessed with all seven passenger places in use.

VoyaHire manages nationwide bookings through directly managed capacity and licensed operator partners. Seven passenger places exclude the driver's seat. The actual vehicle, layout, luggage space and requested facilities are confirmed for your journey, subject to availability.

Make the seven-passenger requirement clear

Ask for seven passenger places plus the provided driver. A vehicle description that counts the driver among seven occupants would describe a different requirement. Include children, organisers and anyone joining at a later stop.

For example, five guests and two accompanying relatives make seven passengers. If an additional organiser travels, the request becomes eight. These are planning examples, not previous bookings.

If the party grows, compare 8-passenger MPV hire using the revised passenger and luggage totals.

Check the layout with everyone and everything aboard

Give separate counts for large cases, cabin bags and bulky items. Include pushchairs, mobility aids, instruments or presentation materials when relevant. A photo of an empty interior or folded seats does not establish the space available with all seven passengers aboard.

Ask whether the proposed layout provides the seven usable passenger places and the storage you need at the same time. A larger vehicle may suit the complete load better than a preferred MPV. Do not assume a spare seat, aisle or unconfirmed trailer is an agreed storage arrangement.

Compare car and MPV options by the arrangement offered, rather than a model name or comfort label.

Bring separate collections into one booking brief

If the group starts at two homes, hotels or offices, list the collections in order and state how many people and bags join at each. Distinguish a required arrival time from the time you would like to leave. Include any stop that must happen before the main destination.

For an airport journey, provide the flight details and the full onward route. For a business visit, include the visitor entrance and any onward appointment. Give the return its own passenger count, collections and times; it may differ from the outward journey.

Our group airport transfers page covers the flight and collection information needed for an airport enquiry.

For several collections, use the multi-stop itinerary worksheet to record each stop and the separate return.

Explain boarding and comfort needs before choosing

Tell us about child-seat requests, mobility aids and any boarding assistance the group needs. If a passenger will remain in a wheelchair, describe that occupied position and the seats required by the other passengers separately. A seven-seat label alone does not establish an accessible arrangement.

Name essential features individually and distinguish them from preferences. An executive or luxury description does not guarantee a particular layout, facility or luggage capacity. Check the specification proposed for the actual booking.

What to send for a useful quotation

  • Dates, collection points, destinations and required arrival times.
  • Seven passengers excluding the driver, with any changes between legs.
  • Separate large-case, cabin-bag and bulky-item counts.
  • Child-seat requests, mobility aids and boarding requirements.
  • Whether everyone must travel together in one vehicle.
  • Essential facilities, venue entrance instructions and the separate return plan.

Compare the whole proposal

Check that the offered passenger layout and storage answer the same brief. If several vehicles are proposed, agree how people and bags would be divided and whether their arrival times meet your plan.

Review the quoted inclusions, booking terms and any waiting, parking, access or change charges. Update the enquiry if the group, luggage or itinerary changes before relying on an earlier proposal.

Your questions answered

Does a 7-seater request include the driver?

On this page it means seven passenger places in addition to the provided driver's seat. State that requirement explicitly and check the passenger count in the proposed arrangement.

Can seven passengers each bring a large suitcase?

List every large case, cabin bag and bulky item and ask for seating and storage to be assessed together. Seven passenger places do not establish a suitcase allowance. A different layout or larger vehicle may be a better fit.

Can we be collected from more than one place?

Include each collection point, the people and bags joining there, and the required arrival time. The full route and timing need to be considered in the quotation; an extra collection should not be assumed to be included later.

Can we request child seats or accessible boarding?

Describe the request and the passengers' boarding needs before a vehicle is proposed. Ask for the necessary equipment and layout to be confirmed. The passenger count or MPV label alone does not establish suitability.

How do we get a price and book?

Send the complete journey, passenger and luggage details through the quote form. Review the proposed arrangement, essential requirements, price inclusions and booking terms before proceeding. No fixed fare or specific model is promised on this page.
