19-seater mini-coach hire with a driver

Request a mini-coach with a driver for 19 passengers, with the driver counted separately. Bring the route, dates and full group requirements into one enquiry, then check the proposed passenger layout and luggage provision as part of the quotation.

VoyaHire can arrange 19-passenger travel through directly managed capacity or licensed operator partners. A suitable proposal depends on the date, route, luggage, boarding needs and requested specification. The actual vehicle and arrangement are confirmed for the booking, subject to availability.

Build the request around all 19 passengers

Include organisers, guides, accompanying staff and children in the passenger count. The provided driver is additional. If people join or leave along the way, give a total for each leg and identify the busiest one.

For example, 17 guests plus two organisers make 19 passengers. A separate guide travelling with them makes 20, so the enquiry must change. These examples illustrate the booking brief and do not describe a previous trip.

Compare the proposed mini-coach with a larger option

Nineteen passengers exceed a 16-passenger arrangement by three people. Include everyone from the first enquiry rather than assuming extra passengers can be added to a full vehicle.

A larger coach may suit the luggage or requested layout better. If several vehicles are proposed, compare the complete passenger split, luggage allocation, collections and return journeys. No alternative is automatically cheaper or suitable simply because it has enough seats.

Compare coach sizes and vehicle options using the same 19-passenger journey brief.

If the final party reduces to 16, consider 16-seater minibus hire with a driver against the revised luggage and route requirements.

Confirm storage with the passenger layout

Provide separate totals for large suitcases, cabin bags and shared equipment. Include belongings that remain with the group between stops or after hotel checkout. Nineteen passenger places do not establish space for nineteen large cases.

Ask how the proposed vehicle carries the full load while retaining every passenger place needed. Do not treat an aisle, unused seat or unconfirmed trailer as an agreed storage solution. An illustrative photograph is not confirmation of the vehicle for your date.

Bring boarding and access into the decision

Tell us whether any passenger will remain in a wheelchair, transfer to a vehicle seat or bring a folded mobility aid. Occupied wheelchair positions, other passenger seats, luggage and boarding equipment need to be assessed together.

For a party of 19 with one passenger remaining in a wheelchair, the requirement is one occupied wheelchair position and seats for the other 18 people. That does not establish that a particular 19-seat layout supports the arrangement.

Share venue entrance instructions and known access restrictions. Vehicle dimensions and the proposed boarding arrangement must suit the route and entrances; passenger capacity alone cannot establish that.

Ask for the facilities you actually need

Keep essential features separate from preferences. If charging, air conditioning, a particular interior or another facility matters, name it in the request and check the specification offered.

An executive or luxury label is not a fixed equipment list. Requested facilities, seating, luggage provision and availability must refer to the same proposed arrangement.

Prepare your 19-passenger quote request

  • Dates, collections, destinations and required arrival times.
  • Passengers on each leg, excluding the provided driver.
  • Large cases, smaller bags and bulky equipment listed separately.
  • Whether all 19 passengers must travel in one vehicle.
  • Occupied wheelchair positions, mobility aids and boarding needs.
  • Essential facilities, venue access instructions and separate return details.

Review the full quotation before booking

Check the proposed passenger layout and storage against the complete itinerary. Confirm essential facilities and any agreed division between vehicles. Review the quoted inclusions and any waiting, parking, access or change charges.

If the passenger count, luggage or timings change, update the enquiry so the proposal can be reconsidered. A requested number of seats is not a substitute for confirming the full arrangement.

Your questions answered

Is this the right page for a 19-seater minibus enquiry?

Yes. State that you need transport for 19 passengers plus the driver. We handle that as a mini-coach enquiry here and confirm the actual proposed vehicle and layout. Check the offered passenger places and storage rather than choosing by a label alone.

Must the vehicle have exactly 19 passenger seats?

No. Keep 19 passengers as the requirement and assess the option offered. A larger suitable vehicle may work better for luggage, boarding or the preferred layout. Confirm the arrangement in the proposal.

Can all 19 passengers bring suitcases?

Provide the full case, cabin-bag and equipment list. Seating and storage must be checked together; the passenger count is not a luggage allowance. Compare another arrangement if the full load does not suit the proposed vehicle.

Can we request accessible boarding or particular facilities?

Describe each requirement for assessment. Occupied wheelchair positions, other seats, luggage and access equipment must be considered together. Requested facilities and the actual layout need confirmation for the proposed option.

What information is needed for a price?

Send the travel dates, route, times, passenger and luggage totals, boarding needs and whether one shared vehicle is essential. Check the complete quoted arrangement, inclusions and booking terms. This page does not promise a fixed fare or particular vehicle.
