A team arrival is different from a supporter arrival
A playing squad may need a team entrance, an equipment-unloading point and arrival before a warm-up. Supporters may need time for ticket checks and a walk from a designated transport area. Explain which kind of group is travelling and provide the instructions issued by the club or venue.
Include coaches, medical staff and other accompanying adults in the passenger total. List kit bags, balls, training equipment and any bulky cases separately. If players and supporters have different return times, set those out as separate legs rather than assuming the whole party leaves together.
Check the rules for the particular London venue
Wembley publishes its own transport information. West Ham United’s visiting-supporter guidance distinguishes official visiting coaches from other coach parking arrangements at London Stadium. Permission or access at one London ground should not be assumed to apply at another.
Send any parking reservation, arrival slot or club instructions with your itinerary. A transport quotation does not itself provide stadium admission or official club-coach status. The proposed stopping and waiting arrangements should be clear before the journey is confirmed.

Plan the return around how the event can finish
For knockout fixtures, explain whether extra time or penalties may affect departure. For a tournament, say whether the finish depends on results. Agree a practical collection arrangement and lead contact instead of treating the advertised final whistle as the moment everyone will be ready to board.
An overnight team visit may include hotel, training-ground and match transfers. List the full programme and any luggage that travels on only some legs. We can assess the vehicle and journey request as one programme, subject to route and availability.

Is this an official club or stadium coach service?
Not unless a specific arrangement is expressly confirmed. Requesting private transport does not provide official supporter-coach status, match tickets or a right to use restricted venue areas.
Can a team bring equipment as well as luggage?
Include the equipment sizes and quantities in the enquiry. Seating and storage need to be assessed together, particularly for bulky cases or an overnight stay.
What return time should we use for a knockout match?
Explain that the fixture could run later, and provide the intended collection arrangement. Waiting and late-finish expectations should be agreed in the quotation rather than assumed.
Can the itinerary include a training-ground stop?
Yes, request it as a separate stop with its own address and access instructions. Tell us when the group needs to arrive and when it will be ready to leave.
