Plan for the event, not only the stadium postcode
Wembley Stadium describes itself as a public-transport destination and publishes event travel guidance. If your group requests a private vehicle, check the current instructions for that event and the proposed coach arrangements. Do not assume a car-parking booking or a generic map route gives a coach permission to enter.
Tell us the event name, date, expected start and the time you want to reach the agreed drop-off. Allow for walking to the correct entrance and event security checks. If passengers have limited mobility, raise this before a collection or drop-off point is proposed.

Keep the return meeting point clear
Choose one lead contact for the group and make sure everyone knows the agreed boarding point. The place used to drop off may not be the place available for collection. Follow the event’s current access arrangements and confirm any changes with the travel organiser.
For a match that may go to extra time or penalties, mention that when asking for the quotation. A return plan must account for people leaving their seats, reaching the meeting point and completing a headcount. Do not use the scheduled final whistle as a promise that the group can depart immediately.
Request the vehicle around the travelling group
Give the number of supporters and any staff travelling, plus bags, mobility equipment and intermediate collections. For a long journey, include any requested comfort stops. If the group is staying overnight, provide the hotel address and tell us whether luggage is on board for the stadium leg.
