Plan around your Download ticket and visit
Write down the admission you have, the day you intend to arrive and when you want to leave. The advertised event span does not mean every ticket permits entry on every day, or that the music programme runs throughout that span.
For campers, include the time needed to pack and reach the agreed collection point on departure day. For a day visit, state when you expect everyone to be ready for collection rather than using only the final act’s scheduled finish.

Keep independent hire separate from official coach services
VoyaHire’s enquiry is for independently arranged private transport. It does not carry an official coach partner’s access, coach-park arrangements, timetable or ticket package. Do not use another operator’s instructions as confirmation of where your hired vehicle may go.
The proposed vehicle’s category and the organiser’s current instructions need checking for both arrival and departure. Agree a permitted meeting point before sharing final travel instructions with the group; a nearby road is not a substitute for approved stopping arrangements.

Match the vehicle to the equipment you will bring
Count everyone travelling, excluding the provided driver, and describe the full load. For camping, include packed tent dimensions and the number and size of bags or other large items. For a day visit, still list belongings and any mobility or boarding requirements.
Festival arena bag rules and campsite luggage rules serve different purposes. A bag being permitted by the event does not establish that it will fit in the hired vehicle, and vehicle storage does not establish arena admission. Check both requirements for the actual visit.

Put collections, returns and changes into one brief
List pickup locations in order, with the number of passengers and belongings joining at each. If your return is after midnight, write the following calendar date. Give separate totals for any people leaving early or returning to a different destination.
Ask the quotation to identify the agreed movements, any waiting, relevant access or parking costs and the terms for changes. Tickets and camping admission should be arranged separately unless an explicit written inclusion says otherwise. Sending an enquiry does not reserve a vehicle or approve festival access.

No official partnership is claimed. Download names Big Green Coach as its official coach partner. VoyaHire accepts independent private-hire enquiries, so the proposed vehicle’s access and collection arrangements need their own confirmation.
Can we request a camping arrival and a return several days later?
Yes. Give both calendar dates, the admission arrangements for your ticket, passenger numbers and camping load. The proposal should confirm the outward and return movements and driver arrangements. A vehicle remaining on site or waiting throughout the visit is not assumed.
Where will our coach or minibus pick us up after Download?
Use the meeting point confirmed for the actual hired vehicle under the current organiser instructions. Official partner coach arrangements or information intended for a different vehicle type do not automatically apply. Share the agreed date, time and location with everyone before travel.
How much camping luggage can we take?
There is no fixed allowance established by this page. Send the quantities and packed sizes of tents, bags and other equipment so the proposed storage can be assessed. Check the festival’s current camping and arena rules separately; they do not determine the vehicle’s capacity.
Can a day-trip group return after midnight or at different times?
Request each movement with its actual calendar date, collection time, passenger total and destination. Separate returns, vehicle waiting and changes must be assessed and included in the agreed arrangement. Check the quotation’s terms rather than assuming one vehicle can cover every departure.
